How do I purchase a sign?

We are updating our website to allow you to purchase directly from each products page. Until then please vist our Etsy store to make a purchase.

How long does it take to make and receive a sign?

On average, it takes approx. 7-10 days to complete a sign after you approve the design. That is an average and we can make no guarantees because it really depends on how busy we are when you place your order. Certain times of the year are busier, such as Father's Day and Christmas, and it may take up to 2 weeks or longer depending on how busy we are. If you are in a rush you may contact us beforehand and we can give you an idea of if we can accomodate your time frame or not.

How do you ship your signs?

We use the USPS Priority Mail service. This is a 2-3 day shipping service (business days), however the USPS does not "guarantee" a specific delivery date. It is economical and allows tracking as well as carrying $100 of insurance in case of loss or damage to your sign.
Please note: When you checkout and are prompted to select a shipping method, 2-3 days ONLY refers to the shipping time, it does NOT include the time to make your sign. Also note, we can not guarantee how long it will take to arrive after we ship it. 2-3 day shipping is NOT a guarantee.

How do you handle returns and/or refunds?

Our signs are custom made to order using the information you supply to us. Please review all your information for accuracy before you submit your order. If you supply incorrect or incomplete information, typos, or other inaccuracies, we have no way of knowing it is incorrect. Signs produced with inaccurate information provided by you are not subject to return, replacement or refund. Signs produced by us with information other than what you submitted are subject to a replacement sign with the correct information.
